Natural Medicine For Hormone Balancing

If you are perimenopausal or menopausal you likely feel lost or uncertain about how to manage your symptoms including insomnia, hot flashes and night sweats, moods swings and irritability. You may also be experiencing a loss of libido and weight changes. But when you detoxify your liver, you will feel more balanced, have more energy and be calmer. You may even lose a few pounds in the process and feel sexier to boot.  It is also true that women and men of any age can experience hormone imbalance and symptoms such as fatigue, irritibility and mood swings and can also benefit from improving liver function.

When seeing women with menopausal symptoms, just the smallest of changes in their diet, like the reducing sugar, alleviated brain fog, fatigue, and irritability. Sometimes, it is the one or two food sensitivities that drive the symptoms and by removing them, you feel focused, energized, calm and centered. Determining what is driving the symptoms for you can be easy with a proper evaluation. Each of us can have different drivers and you need to find what is causing your symptoms.

Here are a few easy steps to manage your menopausal or hormone imbalance symptoms:
• Avoid sugar, gluten, dairy, corn, eggs and soy for 4 – 6 weeks.
• Reintroduce one at a time slowly to see which foods affect your body.
• Daily movement for at least 30 minutes.
• Use Castor Oil Packs over your liver for 45 – 60 minutes per day/night.
• 7 – 8 hours of sleep every night.

Make a list of your symptoms before you start and again before you reintroduce foods. Find at least 30 minutes in your day for exercise such as walking, bicycling, sports, ballroom dancing, strength training or work out videos.  For a Doctor-supervised program to detoxify your liver check out our Detox Program.
